Becoming
a professional songwriter and musician is something William Kitchens always knew he would do.
In fact most artists will tell you the same thing. Creative
talent is a gift that comes naturally. Not to say that it
doesn't need to be developed. In fact it has taken years of
dedicated work and perseverance to achieve the successes William has
been blessed with to date.
The biggest of which was the
Daron
Norwood hit single "Bad Dog No Biscuit" co-written with former musical
partner Scott Ferrell. The "Billboard Pick Hit" produced by
James Stroud and released in 1995 on his "Giant Records" label was a
huge line dance favorite of the period.
In fact one of the line dance's
associated with the single was 1st place winner in the 1997 UK National Line
Dancing Championship held at Wembley Arena during the same period.

The single and accompanying music video
still receive airplay in the US and other countries. Most
recently the song was also featured in the 7th season of the CBS
television series NCIS.

In addition to writing for Nashville
country music artists, William has recently returned to his rock and pop roots and
is recording music written for himself. Some of these compositions
are now finding placement in major music libraries for the film, tv
and advertising industry. With 1000s of films, tv programming
and advertising productions each year needing quality original
music, the opportunity for continued success is available.
